Fuck the police. Back in April, I went to go see Sinners opening night, and on the way home some cop pulled me over for "blowing thru a stop sign" And then pulled me out of the car and had me do a field sobriety test.
I told him I hadn't had anything to drink and he didn't believe me... Because you never tell them you've been drinking even if you have been drinking.
I had two margaritas at 8:00 and 8:15. The movie started at 10:30pm. It's a two and a half hour movie, let's call it three with the previews. They said he could smell alcohol on my breath When he pulled me over at 1:30 a.m. - Fuck outta here.
I did every one of the field sobriety tests and passed them. This motherfucker tells me to balance myself on one leg like he told her and I told him I couldn't do it because I broke my ankle 5 months earlier. This asshole said, "The reason you can't do it is because you're drunk"
"I said I broke my ankle 5 months ago."
This motherfucker wrote me a ticket for running the stop sign. I was so fucking pissed. It took everything in me not to just start popping off at the mouth. I'm a natural smart ass, I wanted to say all kind of shit, but I just held that shit in like Cuba gooding Jr and Boyz in the Hood.
Fuck the police and they're bullshit ass sobriety tests

She was in a parking lot and had passengers (who hopefully were not intoxicated).... no one could at least just park the car so it wouldn't be impounded?

That's exactly what it was. I've seen body cam vids where they let someone drive the car home, cop was being an asshole.
The road side field test is...OPTIONAL !!!
Even if you are not drunk, never do them
Their only purpose is for the cop to use as evidence to help his court case against you
The cop will just exaggerate & make up some bullshit in court then point to the video evidence of the traffic stop as proof
Stop doing those stupid roadside monkey tests
The breath test & the blood test are...MANDATORY !!!
Never refuse the breathalyzer test or blood test
Those are the only ones that are required by law
Even if you are not drunk, never do them

Dont know if she is drunk, but she looks hella good in that outfit.
Any first year lawyer will get this thrown out, but it's going to cost her in attorney fees and tow fees

Sidenote: I had a DUI thrown out cause I blew under the legal limit and the cop just never showed up to court. This was in Detroit while visiting or my aunt's funeral. I was drinking for sure, but the piglet caught me sleeping in my car in a parking lot. The car was off, but I had the radio on and was in the driver's seat, so that's why he arrested me.
Dude was Black and being an asshole. I just smiled it all off cause I knew by his tone, I was getting arrested no matter what.

It was a $100 to bond out and $150 for the tow fee.
Detroit has the most CHAOTIC court building and system I've ever seen in my life!!!!
