
JONESBOROUGH, Tenn. (WCYB) — A woman accused of flashing inmates while in the parking lot of the Washington County, Tennessee Detention Center was arrested, according to authorities.
Washington County Sheriff Keith Sexton said deputies charged 28-year-old Elizabeth Lea Laster, of Knoxville, with indecent exposure after she was discovered in the parking lot exposing herself to inmates.
Deputies observed Laster beside her vehicle exposing various body parts in the direction of the jail. Laster was then taken into custody, according to Sexton.
Laster told deputies that she came to the jail to visit her ex-boyfriend, who is an inmate at the facility, according to authorities.
