Will smith sued again

Professional violinist Brian King Joseph filed a complaint at the Superior Court of California, County of Los Angeles, on Tuesday, Dec. 30 against the Bad Boys star, 57, and Treyball Studios Management, Inc.

The complaint claims that Smith “was deliberately grooming and priming Mr. Joseph for further sexual exploitation” after inviting Joseph to join his global tour, Based on a True Story: 2025, in November 2024.

Joseph claims that he discovered that someone had entered his Las Vegas hotel room with no signs of forced entry. Evidence “of a sexual threat of violence” allegedly included a handwritten note reading, “Brian, I’ll be back...just us,” with a drawn heart and signed, “Stone F,” as well as “wipes, a beer bottle, a red backpack, a bottle of HIV medication with another individual’s name, an earring, and hospital discharge paperwork belonging to a person unbeknownst to” Joseph.

Joseph alleges he "feared that an unknown individual would soon return to his room to engage in sexual acts" with him, according to the complaint.

“Mr. Joseph’s allegations concerning my client are false, baseless, and reckless,"
Allen B. Grodsky, an attorney for Smith, told PEOPLE in a statement on Jan. 1. "They are categorically denied, and we will use all legal means available to address these claims and to ensure that the truth is brought to light."

Following Joseph reporting the incident to hotel staff, a local non-emergency police line and Smith’s management team, the complaint alleges, a member of the tour management team later “shamed” Joseph and told him he was being terminated. Another violinist allegedly was hired to assume the same position on the tour, per the complaint.

After reading that, I got mad questions:
  1. Is Stone F supposed to be Will?
  2. Aren't there saftey locks that ever hotel has on the door? How are afraid of someone coming back once ur in the room?
That's just the start.

Here's my take. Civil law suits have a purpose. Celebrities can be equally liable as the average Joe. However, there has to some skin in the game whereby your failure to prove sexual misconduct, etc. results in you being liable for the legal fees of the individual you accused of wrong termination, etc. IMHO it's a loss for the accused because they have to spend money, most likely a lot of money, to defend themselves false claims or not.

Personally I think a lot of these lawsuits are filed in the hopes of a settlement. The worst thing celebrities ever did was think settling out of court would make this disappear. Tell that to Michael Jackson, Bill Cosby and Sean Combs. (lol)

He better not settle and fight them like he was fighting them robots trying to get him and tell Jada and them hippie ass kids to go sit the fuck down talking about "Who ate all the pussy?"....ya momma girl,u ain't know?
“Who ate all the what…” who said that and why?

Dude is Sweeeeeeeeeeeeeet

But that lik excerpt about the hotel room, didn't hit like you thought it would playa. Also, I'm sure you signed some sort of NDA with arbitration clauses....... what are you doing?!!

No doubt there's a NDA. Trying to say that shit without mentioning Will's name. This shit is for attention but he fucked up his career over a mistake by the hotel or some shit.

technically, Bill's settlement did work. It was testimony from a court case that jammed him up if I recall correctly.

Nothing really happened to Mike. He never went to court or prison. It didn't seem to hurt his career, just some slight embarrassment.

Puffy is the only one that got really burned regardless. However, there was no good outcome for him since the whole thing was recorded, and no way justifiable.

yeah, settlements are seen as the safe outcome and probably do work out in a lot of low profile cases.

What am I missing? How does this equate to evidence of a threat of sexual violence, and how does this implicate Smith?

Brian, I’ll be back...just us,” with a drawn heart and signed, “Stone F,” as well as “wipes, a beer bottle, a red backpack, a bottle of HIV medication with another individual’s name, an earring, and hospital discharge paperwork.

the right court situation can break an NDA/arbitration clause.

Ok, but on the merits presented so far, how was the hotel room issue Treyball or Will's fault? Who was the person that gained access and what was their relation to the tour?

The info released so far would have me scratching my head. Why should I break an NDA for this? How is the tour liable for a hotel's mistake?

Yo say what you want about me, I would never ever in my life hire a known fag! Because if you piss them off, they can do some shit like this. That being the case, if you do choose to hire one and they do try to throw you under the bus, in my book, chances are you did do something, because, as I said, what straight man is going to hire one, let alone hang out with them?
