She's probably remaining with him as long as she can because anything earned from the time of their marriage up until they legally file for divorce is potentially half hers under California law unless there's a prenuptial agreement.

I hate to say this, but she would have had a much different personality if she would have gotten with 2Pac. I’m not trying to bash Will Smith, but him and Jada are like oil and water…in other words this marriage should have never happened. Jada always been like this, even when she was younger so this isn’t anything new.
2Pac was alive when they were initially dating right. Unless Pac said he was interested, who is to say he viewed her like that? I have attractive and cool women friends who I'd never be in a relationship with because I know it wouldn't work. In some cases, i don't know how anyone deals with them. Not saying it isn't possible, but if Jada allegedly cared for Pac romantically I don't see nothing happening.
I guess she could have been dealing with Will and Pac up until Pacs death, so Will married her by default. Marlon Wayans pretty much said he got little brothered by Jada and found out about Will, so I have a hard time believing Pac and Jada were grown and still behaving like they were in elementary school. One or both parties weren't romantically interested. If it was Jada who was not interested when Pac was alive, why keep going on with this to the point of adding your kids.
My bigger point is Jada's behavior with Pac is starting to seem more so for show than potentially what their relationship really was. Outside of Madonna, I don't think the others were famous or as famous as Jada. Either way, I rarely if ever her them talk about Pac. Meanwhile, Jada seemingly is willing to destroy her marriage with Will over respectfully a dead man. I want to believe Will did some off the wall shit or maybe the gay rumors are true and this is her way of dealing with him, but some people really are just fucked up and Jada is potentially one of those kinds.
