She told me "You were right. I should have listened to you." 16 yrs and I think she's just admitted that a literal handful of times. Got the whole weekend off to a good start.

I'll bite. What were you right about?
that is just a minor detail... it is very hard to get women to admit that you were right whether dealing with your mother aunt sister girlfriend jumpoff or wife

Ask any woman if males have a problem admitting when they are at fault...they will say the same thing.

Not just women, but ego-driven people.

It's all about perspective. In an argument, each person has different perspectives. When dealing with an ego-driven person (man or woman), you not only have to persuade them into changing their perspective, but the ego has to be massaged so they don't feel like they are dumping on themselves to say you are right.
I've noticed that when, I give a little or a lot unexpectedly, that's when people are most ready to give-in or admit fault. Let me stop there, might be giving up too much "wise girl game"... (the type that grandma used on grandpa to make him feel and look like he was in charge when, in fact, she was the one quietly running things)

lol it's rare as shit when a man can check his ego and admit he was wrong. Or just say i don't know.

I was looking for you to say"a divorce".![]()
I'm sorry, I'm one from experience. This is not always true. I for one can admit when I'M WRONG or I DON'T KNOW something but for some odd reason no one hears me when I say that nor do they hear me when I agree with them. They are too busy trying to prove me wrong on something I have already admitted that I didn't know or was extremely right about.
Usually they come back years later with the "you were right" speech...smh I could care less about being right, I just don't like people being misinformed or mislead.
