So let me get this straight...you're going to fuck with other women and your wife is with another man, you're both still married and unless you or her remarry, you're staying married? 1. You're not divorcing because your ex will clean your shit out if you do.
2. This bullshit agreement you got goin' on, allows you to negotiate.
3. Just because you want to save your selfish ass, doesn't make it fair to

4. O.k. try and get remarried under your little agreement.

It's shit like this that makes me glad I'm single - it's a jacked up world out here.

1. Divorce lawyers know that the best way to make money is to make spouses hate each other as much as possible and file motions over every petty difference they can. I'm not in any rush to put myself into that position.

2. She's been a lot more favorable than the courts would be because she doesn't want any bullshit either. What's to negotiate?

3. Any single man with children is going to have a situation whether he's married or not. If a woman asks me about my kids I'm as up front and honest as the situation requires me to be. If I tell the truth and a woman still wants to fuck with me then why should I feel selfish if she stays? Am I supposed to dump her for her own good?

4. Your assuming I want to get remarried. I don't. Common law perhaps, but I don't see any point in signing a contract that puts my legal rights and property into another person's hands without any benefit to myself.

If you think that's selfish then ask yourself, would you put yourself into a position where a man could openly fuck your best friend or sister and use it as an excuse to take away everything you've ever worked for including the stuff you earned before the relationship started. Then go even further to demand a monthly stipend because you make more money than him? If you wouldn't sign that kind of agreement then don't expect a man to either.

This is a really good question ... I've never been with a married man myself cuz I wont settle for half a relationship ... but I hear some women do it because they don't have to put they're all into it since he's already got a girl and all ... it's like you only have to do the fun parts ... like accept gifts and fuck him ... you aint got to worry about him not coming home and shit ... it's surprising to me the amount of women who will settle for a married man .. it's come to the point now where men don't even lie anymore about being married cuz they know alot of girls don't care

If the fun parts are so fun and a woman doesn't have to deal with "the strings," then how can they be settling for something? It sounds like the wife is the one who is actually settling if this is truly the case.

I, personally, happen to think this is closest to the real reasons why a woman may mess with a married man. The other obvious reason is that the woman may not know she's messing with a married man, but I don't believe that was the context in mind with which the original question was posed.
