I think you're mistaking the footage at end of the clip, for actually footage of him being tended too. It was just inserted in there as part of the video/audio "mash up" of the incident.

It appears that he was properly taken care of.

 
It wasn't funny but the music made it fucking hilarious to me. My 5 and 9 year old love that song. :lol:
