If everyone tried to get cash, the entire system would collapse. Make a $10,000 deposit, and it ends up creating six figures out of thin air. They give you .006 percent on the money and keep the real interest profits for themselves. Sure, the banking system is on the up-and-up.

Sadly most people don't have a clue about seignoirage or Greshams Law. I do not doubt the brother ICE CUBE knows.
Many years ago a documentary/exposé called The Money Masters was released. It was immediately attacked by banking and few saw it. It's worth a look and can be found in the usual places. *wink*
