I'll tell you why. They are shitting on him, because if he succeeds; he'll prove that there's other Black qualified coaches who should receive head coaching job. They'd rather hire sub par white boys, than a tried, true, and proven Black OC.
I wouldn't give a shit about how he interviews. Once I looked at his body of work, I'd be like, "Mr. Bieniemy... how much do you want, and how soon can you get your tail here and get us to the playoffs?

Doesn’t add up cause Doug Peterson got hired with no problem and didn’t call plays under Reid for the vast majority of his time under him (with less success than Bieniemy).

If the NFL doesn't institute a policy to encourage black ownership, they have ZERO interest in fixing their problem.
By encouraging black owners, I mean black groups should have the right of first refusal for ANY teams up for sale, until ownership better reflects the makeup of the league.
If that doesn't happen, and it won't, accept whatever they give you and be quiet.
