If you sauté any meat, i.e. rat, cat, dog, human with the right spices you can pass it off as a delicate cuisine that folks will be more than happy to pay for!

Their hot sauce ain’t no joke.
It’s the cheapest real meal that you can get in midtown and available late night after 2am.
