As far as targeting... try to notice the billboard in areas of other communities, you likely will see the same type of billboard but targeted for that areas. As far as the state rights issue.. that can be a slipperly slope due to the due process clause. Remember it was state rights that denied many people of color of their rights and the federal goverment use the due process clause of the constitution to say that their stay law, prevented citizen of one state from enjoying the same benefit in another state. Think the right to travel, use other state resources, access to local & state resources, etc..etc.. before abortion was a federal issue, it was primary a state law issue and due to the byzatine laws from one state to another, it became a federal matter, hence it was determine that a womans right to access healthcare was a fundamental right even if they choose abortions. People forget this law does not just affect abortions but all kinds of healthcare resources that a woman in one state may not be able to access that a woman in another state can and th only difference being the state. We seen this scenario play out in all areas of our lives and the most notable was Brown V. board of education. Look at the history of whatever high school/ college you attended and if you check the history it was likely the result of Brown V. board that allowed you as a person of color to attend. If the states continue to have their way, your educational journey may have been different. My point is, when you return things back to the state you need to consider is this something that affects a fundamental right. If so, buyer beware!Only thing I was pointing out and been talking about is how they target us blacks and also hispanics. Nothing about if abortion is right or wrong.
And I've stated that all this lifting of abortion was ONLY from the federal power where it should never of been the federal govt telling 50 states what to do.
What is happening is a reduction of federal power.
All states can now enact their own laws and that's it. People do not seem to understand that.
If X state says we will allow abortions, the Supreme Court will not say you cannot. That's over.
