For the longest time I tried to figure out why a friend of mines was always acting a fool and giving attitude to people in various forms of customer, especially fast food. Now I can kinda understand. I seen this mofo toss a carton of fries back on the counter and say "these are cold, make me some hot fries!" just because he had to wait 5 minutes for his order. That was one of the light-hearted things in comparison to other stuff. A bitch wouldn't even think about trying that 25 cents for a dipping sauce with somebody like that. Seems like you gotta come off rude just to get these bitch's to show some respect. I might have to convert to being an asshole with these people too.

Guy, Im gonna tell you that it's a pretty good chance that your boy has mistook someone's bodily fluids as "extra sauce".

My #1 rule in life is to treat people who handle my food with the utmost respect.

If they come at me grouchy, I try to brighten their day.

As far as McDonald type of service....stop going to establishments that are similar.

You expect above average service when eating below average food?

I worked at Mcdonald's along 75 other sisters and brothers and none of us had attitudes like that because we all new we were going to do something else in the future (A Trade,College, Military , Law Enforcement) there was even one cat who was gonna be a DJ , but my point is that you become miserable in those jobs when you don't have a plan to get out and follow your dreams. The pattern is like what the others are saying, Whites,Asians and Hispanics have the same problem just go to east LA or China Town you will find Laquisha or Dante there waiting to serve you an attitude. I'm at Albertsons and im waiting in line to checkout with my groceries...There is a Older like (37) year old Black man who is checking everyone's groceries and also bagging groceries so the whole thing is moving really slow...Meanwhile i'm noticing the guy because he is a huge chatterbox and he is trying to speak with these Mexican guy's and they basically are ignoring him and when they leave there is another Mexican chick after them and she basically has the look on her face that she doesnt want to be bothered but yet he is chatting up a storm....So i make a mental note that this guy is really talkative...Well finally it's my turn and this guy is strangely silent....I approach and say (How are you doing today) and he barely answers....then he just throws my food to the other end and basically looks like something is wrong....so i ask him (Is everything okay because you got strangely silent and you are throwing my food whats up???) He replies (im just in a rush) and i say (Please slow it down i don't want my eggs broken and i dont deserve that disrespect)...he then replies (I don't give a damn about your eggs) under his breath so that i wouldn't hear it (But i did).... after that i demanded to see his Manager and demanded that this dude repeat his training on how to treat customers in this store....especially when i was spending about ($200.00) in this store...and the lady Manager was very apologetic and gave me ($100.00) off of my bill because this dude was dead wrong....and i honestly believe it was nothing other than (Black Woman Hate)



2nd Example

I'm in Best Buy looking for a wireless router for my Computer's and Laptop and i basically have a question about this particular brand and need some answers before i make the decision to buy this brand...so i try to flag down this Black Guy who works in this section...He clearly looked frustrated and say's (What!!!) and i said (First off please watch your tone) he just stood there looking stupid....i asked him (about the Wireless Router) and he could not answer the question and said (I'll be right back i need to ask my manager)....15 minutes later i see him sitting and laughing with this white chick and definitely not trying to help with the question that i asked....so i went up to him and asked (Do you work at this store or are you just here visiting your friends or something) He looked embarrassed and said ...(I dont know the answer to your question) and i was just literally disgusted that i just waited all that time for him to come back...I definitely went off on him saying (He didn't know the first thing about Customer Service and that he was very rude and ignorant...I demanded to speak with his Manager and the White dude was very sorry but i told him that i would not spend any money in this Best Buy due to the lack of professionalism of his Employees...and i left


Basically i encounter a lot of Black men who are rude, hateful or just plain disrespectful on the jobs...and i wont even go into my experiences with black men at my place of work (Let's just say it's horrible) and to be fair i have encountered Rude Black Women as well....It's very sad when i see our young people and they have no Personality,Do not seem Bright and have no clue how to treat people while on the Job!!!!!!!!!!!

The service industry has high turn over, means they can get hired quick
to keep qualifying for Section 8, TANF and free day care,
transportation assistance.

If you got to sit on your ass for five years and get $2 rent, utility assistance, free childcare, and so much grocery money (food stamps), that you could start a day care (even after selling half of them to the weed man for 50 cents on the dollar),

then suddenly be told that you gotta get a job like a normal person (that you been laughing at for the last five years), and actually contribute to your own well being, you'd be mad too.

A lot of people, not just black women, are ill suited for customer service jobs. You can bet that if they've just taken shit from a customer, the next person in line is gonna catch it whether they deserve to or not.

Here's a tactic that works for me 99 out of 100 times. Start the conversation with something like, "Could you do me a favor" or "I really need your help". Most times they'll bend over backwards simply because if you come at them that way they feel like they really ARE doing you a favor, even though you know they're really just doing their job. Making somebody feel appreciated or that they have worth goes a long way. Now I agree you shouldn't have to suck up to get somebody to perform, but what do you want --- service or attitude?

I agree man. I used to work with food and just shake my head when people would come on the line and give attitude to one of the workers.

I remember one time, this old white grumpy ass bitch was giving hell to one of my coworkers, a ghetto ass puerto rican lady, and she spat in her tuna. The lady came back saying that was the best tuna she ever had. LMAO. I was DYIN!

Then we had the three second rule, where if shit hit the floor and you got it within three seconds it was still good. I never did that shit cuz I didn't give a fuck about the owner enough to save his ass some money.

I talked to a white girl manager explained what didnt happen she apologized and gave me my food free which I told her I would have no problem paying for I just was letting her know. Being that I used to work at the busiest Dennys in the country and I was waiting at the slowest one in Vegas it was ridiculous. Then the chick that ignored me told the server (she was mexican) I wasnt helped and she comes to me with an attitude like I thought I saw someone taking your order Im like how could you see me giving an order when I put my order in over the phone? So after that I proceeded to fill out a comment card and that was that. Ive encountered attitudes from all races and for you guys to sit up here acting like every other race is incapable of acting rude is disgusting for real but what can I expect from bgol

Maybe someone should start a thread about other races and and their attitudes, to placate the sisters.

Based on the TITLE OF THE THREAD, I thought this was about how OUR women treat US when we request a service they are being PAID TO PROVIDE.

Nobody in here (male, female, black or white) can say they haven't had a white or hispanic or indian person give them attitude, and that is just as wrong, but at least you can say "it was a race thing".

I though the problem we were addressing in this thread is why BLACK women do it to us as BLACK men. Am I mistaken?

Im starting to think that our women are more fixated on white women than they CLAIM we are.

I have 2 main incidents, but I'm only going to say 1 to refrain from writing a book.

The one main memory that reeeally burnt me happened at Western Beef.

I'm waiting in line (a long one) , then some supervisor of the cashiers starts shouting over and over "the next line is open", followed by an annoying "HEEELLLLLOOOO."

I go over to this line and guess what, no one is there. Apparently the person that was supposed to open the line never did.

I tell the supervisor this and the bitch doesn't even offer the slightest apology, and do you think I got my spot back in line? FUCK NO.
