You can be in your best mood and one of those bitches will completely ruin it with that dumb, unnecessary "attitude" shit. Just like last night I go to McDonald's for a quick snack. There's no line at the drive-thru and I only order a double cheeseburger and a McChicken. I end up waiting 10 minutes for my order, nobody comes to the window and says "your order will be right up" or anything. Then when I get my order the bitch got some sour look on her face. I ask nicely, "can I get a barbecue sauce dip..." and before I can fuckin finish the bitch comes at me with attitude talkin about "YOU DIDN'T BUY NUGGETS SO THE BARBECUE DIP IS GONNA COST YOU 25 CENT." That bitch's tone was so outta line I had to pause and catch myself for a second as I looked at her. I'm thinking to myself, "Bitch, I just waited here for 10 minutes for a $2 order when ya'll won't even busy." Then I just said "fuck it" and drove off. Ridiculous shit for no reason. Most of these young black woman working in customer service seem to NOT know how to engage in a business like tone when in a professional enviornment. Shit you don't need Mcdonalds to offer a class on it, all this starts at home especially when your parents are SUPPOSED to be teaching you MANNERS.

now what your experiencing is black on black business relations. since blacks feel confortable around each other it facilitates the chance of poor service. versus if the black employee was working the white neighborhood where she/he would most likely fear white people enough to respect their whiteness or "authority"

But anyway, worst customer service experiences I've EVER had, bar none, were dealing with white women and they weren't just rude, they actually caused me REAL problems.

One was a white woman at Intercontinental Airport in Houston who caused me and my family to miss a flight because I didn't have photo ID for my (then) 2 and 3 year old daughters. This was WAY before 9/11 and it took getting a director on the phone to explain to this bitch that babies don't require photo ID to travel. Anybody that has spent time in an airport with little babies can vouch for how pissed we were when we had to sit in the airport for 6 hours waiting on another flight. (BTW, the bitch allowed a teenage white girl to pass through without photo ID while she sweated my babies).

Second one was a WHITE WOMAN who would not let me get a Social Security card for my daughter when she was a baby because she needed "more proof" that we were not illegal aliens. Since we were FUCKING AMERICANS, we had no immigration papers to show this skallywag (I'm a fuckin' black dude from Cleveland). I'm in the SS office with 250 straight up wetback Mexicans (dude's still stinkin' like the damn Rio Grande river) and this broad picks the only black dude in the place to do a damn INS search on. (Several Mexicans who couldn't even speak English rolled right through line while this cunt gave me shit, once again, I had to get the manager involved).

Cats get mad when some black chick rolls her eyes or doesn't smile, but the same dude's make excuses when some ofay heffa won't accept a check form them or makes them pull out 5 forms of ID to make a credit card purchase**.

For the longest time I tried to figure out why a friend of mines was always acting a fool and giving attitude to people in various forms of customer, especially fast food. Now I can kinda understand. I seen this mofo toss a carton of fries back on the counter and say "these are cold, make me some hot fries!" just because he had to wait 5 minutes for his order. That was one of the light-hearted things in comparison to other stuff. A bitch wouldn't even think about trying that 25 cents for a dipping sauce with somebody like that. Seems like you gotta come off rude just to get these bitch's to show some respect. I might have to convert to being an asshole with these people too.

And I gotta say that, from a black man's perspective, I think a lot of this customer service bullshit comes from black women because of Willie Lynch. Even when I was a service technician makin house calls the black female customers tended to be very rude and acted like I was responsible for their shit fucking up. Meanwhile, the whites and latins were curtious, understanding, and even offered a brother something to drink while I worked.

The service industry has high turn over, means they can get hired quick
to keep qualifying for Section 8, TANF and free day care,
transportation assistance.

Bill Clinton put a 60 month cap on receiving welfare with no job(per family, not per child). After that, they gotta work (How dare he????).

If you got to sit on your ass for five years and get $2 rent, utility assistance, free childcare, and so much grocery money (food stamps), that you could start a day care (even after selling half of them to the weed man for 50 cents on the dollar),
