I think "most deserving ban recipient" is an overstatement-- it can't have been ten years since the last tranny attack, for instance-- but I understand where you're coming from. My view is more that nobody was forced to engage with him but my point is not at all about defending Heist.
I just think that REGARDLESS, it should not be arbitrary. There could be a rule against racist propaganda, just as there used to be rules against posting gay/tranny porn, porn from specific websites, or calling black people monkeys. Those are the ones I remember. Rules used to be posted and I'd feel better about paying to access the site if they were again rather than the only rule being mod whims.

The only mod participating in that thread was me and when his posts were reported I intentionally left it for someone else to deal with and didn't even comment on the report.
