We KNOW that white people are looking at our every move.. why do we as black folk still feel the need to kill someone who stepped on our shoes or over a chick, then call the legal system racist because you got life..when you know it's a system built up to be against you from the get go..You wanna live like a thug..then be prepared to suffer the consequences of the thug lifestyle and don't cry when you wind up in jail for doing stupid shit that you should not have been doing anyway.

You already know the system is AGAINST you so why keep putting yourself in adverse situations that you can control then blame everyone else of the negative consequences.. not only will you be punished, but you're also putting your race back 5 steps.

Yes.. we all face it, day in and day out.. we know it's there so we have to be that much BETTER just to get ahead.. not cry about the situation and become bitter and stressed..that's another reason why we have a higher rate of heart disease.. When I hear some blacks say that other blacks sit and blame whites I want to get a deeper understanding of that. Why do they blame whites, what's the specific situations?

1) Blame white man for being locked up in jail for life for shooting someone.
2) Blame white man for not getting hired because you show up to the interview with your pants down to your knees and blinged out for days (I've actually seen this)
3) Blame white man for thinking your unintelligent because you rhetoric is horrible and can't speak without mumbling because you have a platinum grill..

Don't get me wrong, institutional racism is here to stay. Prime example is We can't get fair mortgages, home loans, car loans or personal loans.. we typically get higher rates even if our credit is similar or better. Some of my white colleagues will be nice to me in my face.. yet still hold information back from us (other black students) then say "We are in this together" (dental school) They may have tests from previous years but deff are not down to share the info so the black students are left having to grind even harder because we don't have the same tools they have nor do they want us to have...
