Why are DC fans so angry at anyone who criticizes DC movies? (tical Pre Approved)

Like I said before as a director, i can't be mad at you not liking comic books. Maybe it was their chance to show something in a different light. To let people see them how they see them, even if they may have thought it was ridiculous.

As for Nolan, maybe he didn't want there to be the supernatural in his...set of movies. Tried to keep it as realistic as possible. Maybe that's why he killed Ras.


I'm not going to support to the death or hold on a high horse. But people take on creative works to push them, and that I do understand. Maybe it's me being optimistic, dunno. Snyder's reason for making Zods neck snap could be the same fucked up reasoning we got that bore fight at the end of WW. All I can say for sure is that a different perspective is sometimes needed. The Dark Knight even flawed is considered awesome. And Snyder...has his moments. And that's me not saying either are my favorite directors either - no!

So I'll go back to something else I said: would you be as upset at this not liking comics thing if we were talking about the writers and not the directors? (I'm trying to ignore the fact that Snyder writes some of his movies.)

He basically means that Warner Brothers fucked up everything from the beginning from cutting the movies themselves(BvS and Justice League )behind Zack Snyder's back,interfering with the production and blaming Zack Snyder for the failures for Justice League and BvS,even though they told him what to do with the story.

It makes you wonder,what Zack Snyder would of done,if he had 100% freedom,because it looks like he was just following orders with Justice League and BvS.

If you are not a fan of comics you should not work on comic movies in any important capacity. All you're gonna do is fuck it up.

Nolan and Snyder chose to deconstruct the conventions that make comic books good rather than celebrate them.

That's why they ended up with malaise Superman and the Bat Punisher. A lay up should not become an unforced turn over and technical foul.

As a result I don't trust those pederast cokehead hollyweird motherfuckers with anything. They can't help trying to turn gold into platinum and wind up turning sugar to shit.

I do think this is not 100% Snyder. WB notoriously has a reputation with stepping in when they are not wanted and making horrible decisions. BUT, Snyder on his own isn't Spielberg material either. I have to go back to Sucker Punch for that...that was all him. And it felt like having an organ removed without anesthesia. I think this time we just got two entities together that needed to be as far apart as possible.

But do I think WB would surely throw him under the bus on their own ideas? Yes.
Do I think Snyder really tried to put up a fight though? Not really.

gadot - only one they got right
cavil- horrible superman
affleck - too well known to be associated with being batman (ppl still remember his horrible daredevil)
ezra - horrible flash

gotta disagree. I think the casting was on point (others could have been considered for Flash, but the way they portrayed him, this guy fit).
Bale was Batman previously, he is highly well known and a better actor then Ben.
