The short answer to the question asked in the title is: "White dudes aren't checking for Black women as much as they think White dudes are"

The short answer to the question asking in the OP is that niggas don't care who she dates, if she's fine, a nigga might have a comment or two, but it would be the same if she was with a nigga. Only time it makes you look sideways is when she out with a type of White guy who if he was Black, she wouldn't give time of day to.

i kno im gonna be hated for this post, but when a female like halle berry, or beyonce, gabrielle union, or any beautiful black chick date out their race, black men call her a sell out, or something. But when a black man dates out his race, its no big deal?

Don't fool yourself. The only difference between the interracial dating numbers between black men and women is about 200k. Black women been dating outside the race.
