Who's really at fault here

Is that a stop side for the sidewalk and nothing for the crosswalk?
Those poles are removable, so the stop sign will be for any vehicle coming out of that direction, including the bike. However, the bicycle was already in the crosswalk, and the cars are driving too fast.

I feel you, it just looks funny that it's in front of the sidewalk but not the crosswalk.

I know it's for cars, bikes etc to stop for sidewalk traffic and crosswalk traffic but it still looks funny.

To me.

The bike rider,I don't give a damn about the rules of the road and who has the right of the way when riding you always always yield to cars they have the right of way and you should try to avoid them by all cost.

Riding, walking, crossing the street cars are always right, let them do what they do but you have to avoid the madness and stay alive,I learned that game early, don't be fucking around in traffic.

We can't see if there's a yield sign on the street for the cars, but if so, the car is 100% at fault. But dickhead cyclist felt like the laws were gonna protect him. Sore lesson to learn.

Pedestrians and Cyclelist still have to use common sense and look both ways, its called a car "accident" for a reason!

Dumb shit...I see people all the time in their phone, jogging without looking and doing dumbshit on bikes, hell the cyclist
may be at fault for not having his hand on the bars.

That fool let go of the handlebars like Jesus was supposed to take over.

Waay too confusing...cross walk/stop signs/fast traffic..death becomes them.
