Civilian appears to be speeding but the cops ran stop sign. Cops behavior after crash was wrong but who's at fault for crash?

Could be signs of what is yet to come. The trooper's insurance is suppose to pay for the red car and his medical bills.

This is simply a piece of shit cop trying to cover up the fact that he was in the wrong.

Cop's hate to have negative dings on their driving record. So the more they can blame someone else, the better.
