who would b ur starting 5 of all time? (NBA)

did BP bring up any of those characteristics when he mentioned scottie pippen leading the bulls in major statistical categories?

it helps to understand the context in which scottie pippen achieved that accomplishment.

specifically, if an individual plays 16% more games in a regular season than his teammates, i expect him to be the team leader in several statistical categories.

simple as that.

I know plenty of people who play a lot of minutes but don't do shit with them. Especially not shit like this. Derek Fisher comes to mind? :dunno:

Lebron would have to be on a top 5 team, he's the ultimate GLUE player for any team... He can score but is all too happy to assist an he rebounds an defends an gives terrific energy. I'll take him over any small forward yall name... an I mean ANY

your example of derek fisher doesn't apply. not only did he not lead the fakers in minutes played, derek fisher didn't even have the 2nd most minutes.

not surprisingly though, derek fisher was 3rd in assists, 3rd in steals, and 3rd in personal fouls. funny how things work out like that.

My point is not backed up by google stats.

I'm saying how does minutes played translate into you having the best stats on the team? You correlate that for me and get back to me. Minutes vs. Stats is not a good medium for an argument. My point.

barkley was cooning putting stockton over magic :smh:

he coons just to get approval. like when he yells "ginobiliiiii"

is it automatic? no.

but in BP's examples provided: scottie pippen and dave cowens, a certainty.

in CCS's example: lebron james, a certainty.

if you want to dismiss it as a coincidence, go ahead. i know better.

of the 3 examples, lebron james' is the most remarkable.

PG-Magic Johnson
SG-Michael Jordan
SF-Larry Bird
PF-Tim Duncan
C-Wilt Chamberlain

Bench
PG-Oscar Robertson
SG-Kobe Bryant
SF-LeBorn James
PF-Karl Malone
C-Kareem Abdul Jabbar

Got love for Bill Russel.
But i dont see how anyone can put him as their best center of alltime. when has he really had a legitimate challenge? Watered down, segregated white boy leagues are easy to dominate.

Damn im a Bulls fan too but WTF is this  No Bill Cartwright

i was about to put him..but Luc was better ofensively
he shited on Shaq a few times during his career...check the archives

Hell you say.

Yeah, it's so HARD to name the 5 greatest position players in NBA history.

I'm just getting a kick out of all the dumb blowhards (like you) with their ridiculous choices. Most don't even have Bird on their team. The greatest power forward of all-time (by far). :smh:
