This shit is crazy. Unless you are raping a person under age (can't consent), male or female, you are not a sex offender. Some laws over-step the boundaries of society. First, solve the problem. Let men, have conjugal visits from their wives. If they don't have wives then let them get married. However, they have to go on male birth control so they can't have children. That would stop a whole lot of shit that goes on in prison. Its call punishment, not abject inhumanness. Its crazy we allow white folk to tell black men they can't have sex when from 20 till 60 years old men are pretty damn active. That shit is inhumane. Frankly, this shouldn't be an issue at all.
