The thing is you have to be so careful with
how much chocolate you eat.....

....see too much chocolate will make your head small.

I like the super dark slightly bitter stuff and the vegan chocolate chips and the flourless chocolate cakes.
I'm glad I can't bake. :smh:

That dark chocolate is actually a healthier (truth) choice so you can eat more of it.

I know. It also doesn't have all that cow milk in there. I have a sensitivity to cow dairy so I limit dairy severely (unless it's goat milk based.) When they come out with goat milk milk chocolate I'll give it a whirl.

Why deny yourself? You could always try making your own. There's a number of alternatives to cow milk that are available and affordable. I happen to like the one made from almonds.

I use coconut milk. They have coconut milk ice cream now and it is delicious. Sometimes I will use almond, oat, or hazelnut but 9/10 times coconut beats it. The fat makes coconut milk very rich, sweet, and good to cook with like cream. They have a few brands now that don't come in a can.

Is this ice cream a supermarket item? I have never seen it. :dunno:

OMG coconut milk ice cream sounds delicious:eek:

Yes it is in the supermarket! The two main brands are "So Delicious" and "Purely Decadent".
They make a soy version (yuck) and a coconut milk version.
It's fantastic. I've found it at all the regular supermarkets in this area and ofcourse the health food stores.

If you can't find that, then try Trader Joes. They have a really nice knock off version of coconut milk ice cream mochi (mochi is a japanese inspired dessert like a sweet rice cake filled with ice cream- not the authentic mochi, but it is good).

Nice and you even included graphics. Thanks!

I just lost 12 pounds. Everything in moderation :D

Am I just suppose to find my own dough and put in the chips? Or does Callebaut have their own wheat dough recipe? I'm confused!

Hey, good job on the weight loss!

I went there as a child, in Belgium, it was part of the curriculum. I wanted to share the link, only to find that they have expanded their trade and to my wonder cookie dough:eek: post a link to the recipes~!

Thanks!

I need to take some time to look through the site for the recipes because I see a section but I need to get through it. I'm starting to think some substitutions might need to be made...

I bought one of these for a work colleague here in London from hotel chocolat.

Made a mistake of giving it to her in front of everybody else. Just barely made it out alive that day....

Half a bag of these a glass of soy milk and an apple, I just had a small meal, glorious...

GYH I'm shocked! Look I'm a firm believer in, "if your gonna cheat.....CHEAT!" Make cheating satisfying, make it worth the effort. :D Rice cakes? Baby you may as well had dined on the bag.
