Who here owns an air purifier?

I've been using medify air purifiers for the past few years. They are pretty pricey but worth it(imo). You may find some used in the warehouse section on Amazon.com. My advice, whatever brand you get, get one larger than what you need so you can run it on low and it'll be effective. Most purifiers are fairly loud when run on high.

I’m breathin out of one nostril like a nigga that fell on his back bro lol
get a few of them tho man. they really help.
my wife has one on her nightstand.....i have one on mine....we have a couple of em in the livingroom area.
just fill em with one of the aroma therapy fragrances......it will open your nostrils up. you'll never get a better sleep.
im out in 5 mins of my head hitting the pillow.

Now I have an air diffuser for what you're talking about.

You fill it with water and about 5 drops of essential oils of your choice. Walmart, amazon will have them.

Turn that on and you'll have aromatherapy for about 3 hours.

I use great value and better homes and gardens oils, both from walmart.

Eucalyptus (for focus when studying)
Tea tree (for cleaning)
Lavender (girl likes it)
Orange
Grapefruit
Cinnamon (masks cooking odors well)

Etc

I have this one. I got one because my doc told me it would help with allergies. Honestly I really think it helps. I'm noticing a lot less dust. It can be controlled by an app. When I first turned it on it said the air my place was very bad. It took several hours before it became very good. I like the fact that you can wash the filters. But I will buy another filter when it's time because I'm just weird like that.

So far the filter is at about 90% and I have had it about a month. I will say it does not cover 1900 sq ft. I ended up buying two just for the living room and I stay in a fourplex, not sure what the size of this raggally place is but it aint that big. It can be a little loud when it's on full cleaning mode. You have the option of using a feature that detects when you turn off the lights and it will jump to very clean mode if the noise gets on your nerves.

Also when I cook it turns on even with the air fryer. It's a sensitive unit. So sensitive that when I use a diffuser with scent it comes on.

Solid investment to me regardless of what unit you grab. I would make sure its at least HEPA certified.

I like my home always smelling clean. For me that's real important.

I just bought a wet dry vaccum so I can get dust from the ceiling corners and fans, vacuum out the dishwasher filter, any other hard to clean areas.

I got a steam cleaner for floors, cabinets and stuff to remove hard stains and purify my hardwood floors with steam.

Stepping into a clean and good smelling home helps leave the stress of the world outside.

i had to end up getting 2 different types of vacuums after i switched to hardwood floors last spring.
it gathers dust so damn quickly. i normally have to vacuum it everyday or every other day.

Man if you get a steamer you will learn a LOT about how dirty your floors are.

Mopping just moves dirt around.

Gotta steam it to purify and let me tell you, no matter how clean you think you are, that white cloth covering the steam thrower will be black when you're done. I usually go through 2 to clean my whole floor.

But you just take them off and they are machine washable.

Steamer is my best value....it wasn't even 50 bucks from Walmart

I have one in the living room and one in the bedroom. They kick on right away whenever I fart, puff or cook.

I got tile, I need a floor scrubber

I have a Levoit in the living room and an OdorStop in our and the kids' bedrooms.

Make sure you get at least twice your room volume because they're usually rated by their slowest square feet. In other words, they'll say - "cleans 1,000 sq feet," but they don't say it'll take 6 hours to do it. You want your air turned over at least every 2 hours.

Also, remember you should change the filters twice a year and that can add up.
