the FACT that caucasians mutated from the original man is old news. i've known this FACT since 1988... my sophomore year in college studying anthropology.
this is VERY old news and probably why most white folks think i have a condescending attitude towards them.

In the realm of science "more evolved" means nothing but being further genetically from the source. It has no positive or negative connotations. Evolution does not = abstract improvement. House cats are more evolved than Tigers from their proto-feline source.
Indeed, which is why I don't know why anyone thinks they are somehow better regardless of who mutated from whom.
I don't get how you can take pride in a race. How you can try and take pride in accomplishments that you didn't contribute to in the least.

Yes, I am pround, of MYSELF. Of my personal character. Of my personal actions, of my personal accomplishments. Not what some guy 50 years ago who just happens to be of the same ethnic group did. I'll commend him for it, but I won't take pride in it. Pride implies a personal investment. What did I do in regards to the civil war efforts that you see in all the American History books?

It isn't that i dont believe in evolution in its entirety... i just dont fuckin believe humans evolved from apes. I believe watever supreme being that exist that places animals on earth also put humans here. And i also believe black people were the first.
I believe human civilisations have risen and fallen and that can account for the lack of information and uncertainties we have now about wat happened b4 us.

You should be proud to know that you come from a very long line of people who have contributed to this thing we call humankind. You should be proud to know that many of the things that you use everyday came from people who were just like you. This should be motivation. You should know your history.

Nah we still on the same track. I'm saying that we all are one. We all contribute to this thing called humankind, but your parents, grandparents, etc...we are all a family. Don't look at it as an ethnic group. Look at it as a family.
I don't like Bill Cosby because he is rich. I like him because outside of his house he has conducted himself very well in business. You don't hear about him being in trouble or going to jail every other day. So if I were to say I'm proud of him that means he is what I would like people to remember to try and act like when they make it in whatever they do.
Why we as black people should be proud is because for so long everybody was telling us not to be. Look what you come from. Captured people. Enslaved people. People use this mindset today to hold us down as a whole. See you may not need that motivation to be successful but for some people just knowing we weren't always slaves and bafoons should serve as a wake up call. We can do better than what we are doing now.
Now I would like for that one race thing to work, but in reality I won't see it in my lifetime. In the meanwhile we have to stay proud and remind people that we are just as worthy of praise as anybody else. Be a strong man first...but don't forget to be a strong black one just for the sake of those who are not just yet.

Yep, whites lie to others and they lie to thier own people.They will do anything to miscredit others to make themselves seem superior.
They are also the minority on ths planet but will have ou believe they are not.
Also Blacks were not the first peolpe enslaved by whites INDIANS-from India were (not american Indians).
Christianity was not their original religion.
They also created religions like HINDUISM which was based on "caste systems" that surpressed darker skinned Indians. Buhdism is the opposite which unites darker skinned Indians.

If that statement was actually true, could it be because when white's moved out of Africa, they had to adjust to difficult life, i.e the Ice age, scant food, etc. Where as in Africa we had bountiful food, and perfect weather. Whats the opinion on this.

i assuming that the fact that they would have had to b more agressive mentally and physically in order to get food and shelter...and warmth if they used skins from animals killed(?) could explain y they are so aggressive to get wat they want..rather or not nebody cared or suffered. SO i could say their thought processes are significantly different from that of the black man in his environment of sun and plenty of food. The only reason some people begin to think like that is because of the social systems that exist to and those that existed b4.
