I was at Lowes recently in the A and this CAC lady comes up to me begging for money so she can get some food from Five Guys. I'm like WTF, get the fuck on bitch.
all over houston... i've seen several white panhandlers.
most of the time, they're druggies, mental, or war vets... or a combination of all three of those.
whenever i go out to eat and take home my leftovers, when they beg for change, i hand them the "doggy" bag... and most times, they're like this.
in both NOLa & Houston tho... i've NEVER seen an asian panhandler.
cosign, we even have them in lucrative areas like pearland, league city, friendswood, and etc. my ole man use to say that you have to really buck the system in order to be a bum and white in america. this is coming from a man that worked five jobs to put himself through school.
well five guys is kinda expensive. $15 for a burger and fries.
i think the last couple of times i've been hit up this week by white people.
As black people, most of us know how it feels to be disenfranchised and down and out. I don't wish any ill will on any of those people that are out there on the streets. Nobody sleeping on the sidewalk in the rain would rather be out there than inside. Kicking people when they are down is a the trait of the 1%. I don't usually give them any money, but I don't wish harm on them, either.

I was like WTF, they're working shifts??90% of the panhandlers I see are white. This one black guy I had to say something to tho. Day after day he would be out with this little kid (around 5-8 years old) asking for money. That kid should be out playing or something, not being used for sympathy. I gave money to him once, then had to ask him how many days in a row does he need gas money and to take that kid home so he could have a life. You have to be careful though, you never know if someone will snap or get violent. I won't lie tho, I'm always good for a dollar or two as long as they ask respectfully. I think I have that compassionate, good-Christian woman vibe. Either that or I look like a sucker.

I seen a young bitch begging at walmart the other day. I went in the store and came out she was getting in a red Benz being driven by a 60 ish dude and he was putting her sign in the trunk.
These people had no shame.
My rule of thumb is that if a person hygiene is on point ( new non wrinkled clothes, hair styled, good shoes) then I don't give them nothing.

Once, I saw a car pull into the back of a gas station and 4 people got out- the car drove off. I thought they were going to rob the place or something, but they all walked out to the front, posted up on 2 freeway exits and 2 corners further down the street. I passed by later and saw a cop telling one of them to kick rocks...
another time, I pulled in to a gas station. Soon as I hit the lot some dude comes over asking me- not for change, but for A FEW DOLLARS! I was like hell nizzo, but it didn't bother him cause others were giving this guy all kinds of money. They take care of their own.... this dude had the balls to approach a State Highway Patrol Officer and ask HIM for money! I'm quite sure I would have been beaten and arrested (not necessarily in that order) for doing the same.... I don't know how much he was given, but about 10-12 people gave him money in the few minutes I was there.
a couple of older black men came through and when he asked them, they said they only had a credit card... but a minute later one of the guys found a dollar and was waving the panhandler over.... I was like; "bruh, that kid has made about 20 bucks in the last 5 minutes" then I gave the panhandler the stink eye and drove the fukkk off.

I knew a white dude in Reno Nevada that made good money panhandling. And he is also the only person I know to get arrested by the police for doing something else (not panhandling) and talk the police into letting him go.

Dozens of them in Santa Cruz. Most of them atually come from families with money but "live on the streets" for some times for adventure. 
Alot of them in West Oakland as well.Most of them are on meth or heroin.
