Didn't read the article but if he was fired with cause it would have been documented. Does that mean he was fired because he was White? It doesn't. It means the company lost because they couldn't prove that he wasn't. The one thing I can say about the HealthCare industry, if this is where he was working, is that if they want to get rid of you they will find a way. There are so many rules, small and large, that are in play it's hard as hell to adhere to them all.

It's always easier for white men especially to "prove" discrimination, than it is for black people to prove such things. It's takes a lot for black folk to prove such things because so much is dismissed as being anything else but about race.

Yet with white folk it's... I'm a white man... that person is black, female, etc... so....I'm a victim equal sympathy jury agreeing.
