Which Smartphone would you pick from the list?

that’s a silly take bro. Majority of consumers have no idea what any of these specs mean. and that goes beyond just electronics.
Nah you can inform them that other products are better even show them that a product is cheaper and people will still mostly go with the popular item even if it's not the best... Last few months me and 1 of my boys been literally testing this theory out with a particular product... We find a particular product is way cheaper than more popular brands also was better to most and you get more yet people naturally went with the popular item even though most admitted the cheaper item was good and in certain cases better... I can't really tell you about the product cause we cracked the code on something.. But let's juss say when I put the product in a higher price wrapping people buy it than when it's in its original form... To give a example if I took a pair of Reebok and try to sell it to you for $50 you go nah but if all I do is put Nike swooshes on it and charge $200 the same people that turned it down when it had a Reebok logo now got cash in hand ready to buy it for 4 times the price cause I added a swoosh smh... TRuss it's sad how people have really become label whores.. We've been doing test and people have been failing miserable.. This is why this thread intrigued me

I hear you bruh. But in this instance all that was presented was specs. And just providing specs doesn’t tell the customer what the phone will do for them. I agree that some people are label whores. However it is hard to quantify how a product makes a person feel and how much that feeling adds to the value of a product. If you sat two identical sodas next to each other, and add a Coca Cola label to one. People who have a connection with Coca Cola for whatever reason will pay more for it, because the label makes them feel good. We all have products that we purchase because it makes us feel good, aware or unaware we are purchasing an “inferior” product.

I was going to say Product C. Now I know it's the Note 10+ I see why that's my favorite phone.

I hear you. However, technical specs don't mean everything. Neither is it necessarily true that people who buy iPhones are merely label whores. Maybe some are but I wouldn't say all or even most. My feeling is get what works for you, regardless of what phone you choose. All the major brands' flagship phones are great in their own right. I don't say iPhone is the best of all, because that's subjective and based upon what an individual looks for in a phone and how they use it. It is best for me, though. I'm pretty sure that many other iPhone owners have their own detailed, valid reasons why they stick with them as opposed to going Android. Here are some of my own:
  • Since my first iPhone in 2010, I've been able to have several apps open at one time, with no discernible battery degradation. This is because going back to at least around 2010, whichever apps aren't currently being used are put into a sort of sleep mode- until they're touched and activated immediately.
  • iPhones don't come with any carrier bloatware apps.
  • I haven't had to worry about viruses, hence never needed to get any antivirus apps.
  • Great security
  • Excellent face unlock
  • Airplay
  • The updates are regular
  • Battery life has tended to be great up to 2+ years after having bought the phone.
  • Good responsive customer service from the manufacturer
  • Apps from the App Store don't demand your personal information upon installation the way that ones downloaded from the Play Store do.
  • The App Store has better quality control of what apps are added. So for example, if you want a popular title eg; (fictional) "Ace's PDF Maker", you know you're gonna get just that. Unlike the Play Store where there may be 3 or 4 other fake versions using the same title and icon.
  • Apple App Store apps tend to get updated first and more frequently. I don't know if this is still the case, but it used to be because of "fragmentation" - which is to say that it was more difficult for app designers on the Android platform to design GUIs for Android devices, because unlike Apple, multiple companies make Android phone and tablets, therefore, tthere are countless different screen sizes and resolutions. That means that the user experience for apps could tend to be inconsistent compared to Apple devices which had fewer options of screen sizes and resolutions.
  • SIRI has always been part of the OS, not a separate app like Samsung's first voice assistant. I'm not saying it's currently better. It's not. For me it does what I need it to do. But when Google had their first voice assistant, the iPhone's was more efficient in that way, which leads me to:
  • iPhones don't need to have the largest batteries or the most RAM, the OS is fast, efficient and well put together. In that regard the phone can do more with less, as hardware goes. Both it's operating system and the ecosystem itself is extremely fluid and streamlined.
  • Since I stream music from Spotify or YouTube Music, I have no need for extra storage for music same for movies and their streaming services. My 256 GB of memory is more than enough for me.
  • I can feel good about my purchase without 3-6 months later some expanded , tricked out version of my same model phone coming out that's better than what I bought 6 months ago like Samsung tends to do. Apple releases a new flagship phone(s) only once a year.
  • Messages (formerly known as iMessage), the standard texting app has for a while been a place where I can pull pictures or videos directly from the Photos app (without leaving the Messages app), send and receive money, make phone calls, go straight to videochat (now group chat too), use talking animated emojis that mimic your expressions and use your voice (I don't use that bullshit lol), record and send video, record and send audio, take and send pictures - all without leaving the app.
  • For the last 8 years, at the push of one onscreen button my device's screen will be instantly displayed on the tv via my Apple TV
  • I own Mac computers and iPads too and everything is synched up to each other: iCloud, Calendar, Reminders, Messages app, Safari Browser tabs and bookmarks, Notes App, and Photos app. I can open the standard Files app on any of the mobile devices and have access to the desktops of my Mac computers. If my phone rings, I can answer it on any of my devices.
  • If I install an app on one device or purchase an ebook or music it auto-installs onto the other devices, unless I remove the permissions on a device.
  • With handoff, I can copy from one Apple device and paste to another: text, images, links, etc
  • Music making apps are superior on mobile Apple devices. Period. No other platform even comes close. Now Grammy Award winning producers are creating hits on iPads. An iPhone or iPad has the capability of running several music apps at the same time inside of music workstation apps like GarageBand, Cubasis (Cubase for mobile), Beatmaker or Auria Pro. With a microphone and a controller keyboard any of these devices - including the iPhone is an extremely capable recording studio that fits in your pocket, knapsack or computer bag.
  • Amazing camera- especially for video, it's at the top of the field right now. Particularly in the area of image stabilization and night mode. A great portrait mode too. The app store has a much better selection of photo editing and camera apps than the Play Store. "Affinity Photo" would be one such example.
  • Whenever I take a photo or shoot video, take a note, create or edit a contact, make a calendar addition, set a reminder, etc, it automatically syncs and saves onto all my devices.
  • The resale value of iPhones (and Apple products in general) is excellent.
...That's off the top of my head. My two cents and change. Apologies to Colin.

I'll never use apple because I dislike proprietary systems. That allows them to constantly gouge you for accessories.
I really, really hate the fact that headphone jacks are a thing of the past. I don't care what anyone says, the audio fidelity sucks using Bluetooth.
That said, give me the biggest screen, processor, and battery. You can always root the bad boy.

In the last 6 months, I bought an iPhone 11 Pro Max and a 12.9" iPad Pro.

Everything runs lightning fast on both.

The iPad Pro has excellent battery life. The Pro Max battery time is 11:54 (Galaxy S10 Plus is 12:39). For accessories, between the two of them, I bought an Apple Pencil, a cell phone case, an iPad case/stand, a bluetooth keyboard, 2 six foot charging cables, a 24W fast charger, an Apple pencil charging stand, Apple pencil case and a headphone adapter dongle.

The only accessories I bought that had Apple's name on them were the Apple Pencil and the $10 dongle. There's plenty non-Apple dongles. It just was something I saw and grabbed one while I was already picking up some things at target. So the proprietary thing has traditionally been true, but in 2020 for Apple mobile devices it mostly doesn't apply as accessories go. As for the computers, with things like upgrades of internal hardware...Well yeah there's proprietary gouging with most modern models.

I 100% agree with you though about headphone jacks and bluetooth headphones.

I'm talking about the way my daughter can whip it out of her pocket...snap a picture and have texted to her friends in about 2.5 seconds..
