Ahh good shit. I always remember the scene with Buck and McNulty in the apartment trying to figure out what happen but I never understood why Weebey murked her. I must've missed that on the show.

There was a girl who was a friend of the girl who was killed (Deidre Kressen) and she said that D'Angelo was at the scene of the crime.

So before or after Bunk and McNulty investigated the scene, they went to the friend's apartment and asked her about Avon and she went on about how Avon lives with his girlfriends, doesn't have anything in his name and shit and how Avon had her killed because she threatened to write the letter to the police.
