Which BGOL Member Attempted to Squat 855lbs?

The most effective bodybuilders/powerlifters are the ones who are humble about what they can and cannot lift; thus, those are the people who make steady gains.

And why would his stupid ass post this??

I can't answer that. But the dude is delusional, he didn't seem to have on any knee supports or anything. Plus I didn't see any muscle. Plus he didn't lock the plates, like I said that could've been much worse.

Inconsiderate asshole, use clips you fuck.

I used to bench real heavy and we would always leave the locks off because if in trouble, we could let the plates just roll off instead of smashing the shit out of us and i'm sure that was his reasoning here.

the problem is, he had on too many plates that were already to the ends of the bar and also, with the bar bent at such an angle, only a fool would think the plates would stay on after just even a little movement.

as it turns out, the locks off may have saved him from being a cripple because it looks like he wasn't ready for that much weight and locked plates could have potentially killed his fat ass lol!

Good point in this case it worked out. But I haven't seen too many guys working without locks but then again I haven't seen too many trying to pump 8+. But this guy I seriously doubt can handle 800.

Dude ain't about that heavy squat life, at all.......
1. No knee wraps
2.Bitch pad being used
3. No chalk
4. Bullshit Walmart weight belt
5. No bar clips

Same here but that weight required proper spotting

He walked away lucky. That could have had devastating results. Even Heisenberg knew he was fucked ...
