Man The Slurping Of Tebow Is At An All-time High, The Only Thing That Come Close Is The Slurping Of Brett Favre. On A Football Aspect Where Would U Draft Tebow, First Round, Top Ten Or Later Round. Personally He Not A Trad. Qb But He A Football Player And A Winner, I Would Take In Him In The 1st Round, Flat Out

Thoughts

The Way I Look At It, Every Team Has That Wildcat Formation, Tebow Could Run That Shyt For The Whole Game And Throw Defenses Off. The Way Campbell Is Playing, Ill Take Him Dc 2day

someone will take him in late in the first and he'll flop

I mean he's not a traditional QB like the OP said, so in order for him to be an asset, special formations would need to be drawn up for him kinda like the wildcat in Miami. They may line him up as the scatback in the Power I, and give him the option to pass or run if its short yardage. I don't see any team that's worth a damn wanting to spend that type of practice time learning how to use those plays effectively, so If anything he might be an asset on a really bad team, and I doubt that even.

Depends on what complimentary pieces my team has to put around him: if I had a team with a strong running game and a stout defense, I would take him if he fell to me late in the first round. While I'm not sold on his arm, he seems to be a good on the field leader who the other players respect. Something about him reminds me of Jim McMahon.

right after mr. irrelevant

he has a better chance at the CFL ....then the NFL...if he goes, he better call Matt Jones for some pointers on how to run routes...

Late first round early 2nd.

He could probably be a pretty good drop back passer but he made his bread & butter by using his feet.

If he was a little faster I would say late first round but that's too much money (guaranteed) for someone that probably won't be running people over in the NFL.

Some folks might not like him but you gotta give the white boy his props, he has heart.

u have to b an idiot to draft him in the first round
hes not an NFL quarterback
Hes a bigger stronger Alex Smith

Lol-christan Laettner Of Football----that Funny, Im Tellin U Tebow Will Be A Huge Star In The Nfl...a Team Like Jax Will Throw The Franchise At Him, He Will Have A Followig Like Favre

Some people fail to understand that Tebow has only taken 2 snaps under center in his time at Florida. One being taking a knee on Saturday at the end of the game. Is there an NFL team that runs 99% shotgun? That is the flaw with the Florida offense, He can go in the late second round unless he proves that he can get under the center and run that offense. You saw what it did to Vince Young!

If he can catch, he'll wind up being a Chris Cooley type of player. Either that or he can try and play saftey like Scott Frost from Nebraska did years back. Either way, he'll be a late rounder.

cincy will take him with their 1st pick.....

so that means 3rd or 4th....

Christian Laettner of Football :hmm:

Laettner was not that bad... never lived up to that duke hype... he was still good for about 17 and 7 in his first 6-8 years... but damn I hated him and hurley... my point is I don't even think this kid will be a serviceable back up...

Exactly... I knew Young was gonna be a bust just because of the offense Texas ran... what fucking NFL team lines up in Shotty with and runs a zone read all day... NONE

You're dumb, and by reading what you said its probably going to be hard2xplain how stupid you sound
Hype doesn't = production
Never has never will
He can't make NFL type throws. He looks good b/c of his system. The exact same system Alex Smith ran in college under Urban Meyer. And look how he turned out.
Hes a glorified power running back.

Are you serious he couldn't take that kinda pounding week in and week out.

I could see that. Chris Cooley meets Randle-El. But that's not a first round pick,

Who the FUCK would run the Wildcat formation all game? God damn you're stupid. Thats some shit you throw in every once in a while. And now that everyone and their mother is using it, teams have figured out how to stop it. You're so damn stupid. Have you ever even played football at a competitive level?

5th or 6th round. He's a TE or FB some of yall crazy to think he can play QB in the NFL.

Tebow would have been #1 Overall if this guy was still around:

I wouldn't take him high, but didn't that Jacksonville coke bust get drafted in the first round? The draft is a gamble. Everybody called Houston stupid because they drafted Mario Williams instead of Reggie Bush. All the talk of how JaMarcus was a can't miss pick. How Steve Slaton was a 3rd down back ONLY. Who knows? I wouldn't take him higher than 3rd round

He's not bright enough to draft as a QB, especially high. In the NFL, you gotta be able to make decisions, read defenses. Urban Meyer, and Steve Spurrier, don't give the QB the power to make those calls. That's why those guys, regardless of their physical tools, tend to bust.

Also, with Tim Tebow, he's a running QB... as opposed to a "running QB" meaning "black." This guy runs BETWEEN THE TACKLES. True, he's a beast, but there are D-Linemen PRAYING this guy gets drafted so they can show him how hard NFL linemen hit.

If you draft him, he's a fullback or tight end.

He has bust written all over him.

:yes::yes: he should be a late rounder, but he's gonna have to play a diff position, LB,FB,TE....he is not a nfl qb....he reminds me of wuerfuel in a lot of ways....had great receivers, had a big arm, but not accurate...just had a lot of great players surrounding him and they blew him up to something he's not...same thing w/ tebow...media friendly, squeaky clean image that they love.....

:yes::yes: i dont know how many of ya'll watching the game and they showed his gpa and major? community sciences? come on ya'll he suppose to have 3.7? possibly a 4.0.... i just think media suckin on his balls cuz he a white boy.....

great college QB whose talents dont translate to the NFL. He's the next Eric Crouch. Someone will draft him late.

fullback or switch to defense as a inside linebacker
just because of his leadership and tenacity probably
a late 2nd rounder if he comes out this year, i hope
he stays another year and oh yeah will win heisman
this year :dance::dance::dance::dance::dance::dance:

I'd say he's a 2nd day pick. He is an athlete without a pro position. You don't waste signing bonuses on this type of player. Take a look at him in rnd 5-7 and develop him at H or Fullback.
