was on 174th and montgomery in the bronx, and dudes was outside applauding and happy about it :smh:..that coastal nonsense had alot of dudes on some shit back then..
 
i was at home listening to the radio and theo from the beat announced tupac passed and was crying about it

same thing with biggie i was about to goto sleep and i was listening to knx am, at 2 am on the news update it said he got killed in the mid-wilshire area
 
Just came in from playing outside was getting ready to eat dinner and the news came on. I thought he was just gonna live through it like he did the other shooting. Then they said he died.:(
 
I can respect the premise of the question but this wasn't a historical event so why would remember where the hell I was at.

In Vegas...gambling at the Luxor cause it was the 1st week of College Football and at the Bruce Seldon Madman Fight...siting between Kevin Costner and Wesley Snipes...then later mad as hell that folks shot Pac and shot up that bad ass 1996 BMW

I remember being deployed to Fort Irwin, California. One of my soldiers ( grown ass man) came up toy crying to me "Sgt..., tupac is dead! I'm like I don't get a crap... grab your weapon. you have guard duty in 15 minutes!;)
