Fuck that bitches brother. I have no sympathy for him. Good job for that fire guy who killed that piece of shit. Niggas out here work hard as hell for their shit. He did all of us a favor. I’m sick and tired of dumb fucks always advocating for criminals rights

Yeah just let them walk in your house and take the big screen off your wall too.

You choose to steal you get what you get. I will defend my life, loved ones and yes property with equal vigor.

No parent should have to bury a child but this kid brought this upon himself.

I've got no bleeding heart or sympathy for a thief.

If this happened in Texas, this wouldn't be news.

Uh..no...

Tough break.

This is where I don't give a fuck about race. He took the risk and paid the ultimate price. Shoulda stole some books and took his ass to class.

Stupid mafuckas applauding this nigga for murder over an auto? Fuck y’all. Dumb dude left keys in vehicle some kid try to take off and he should lose his life behind that? You can’t death penalty for grand theft auto in a court of law. I ain’t never stole shit but I also ain’t being stupid out in the street. Some dumbass shit

The moment you decide to steal's someone property, regardless of the object,
:itsawrap:

Any of you Christians or another religion?

I’m not the religious type but I wouldn’t want a death on my hands over shit that doesn’t matter. When I’m on my death bed I’m not going to reflect on materialistic things...that’s my gauge.

Tell me the last time you saw a stolen car returned in decent shape?? Dont give me some second or third hand story either.. If Im paying 300-500 for full coverage insurance, Im getting a new car if its stolen.. Shit Ive seen them total new cars over hail damage..

The below quotes refer to what I have often heard about insurance and payouts:

While each policy is different, as a general rule, comprehensive coverage covers the actual cash value of a stolen vehicle after you pay your deductible, according to Progressive Insurance. So let's say you have comprehensive coverage with a $500 deductible and you leave work one evening to find that your car was stolen. You have a vehicle that, after depreciation and wear and tear, is worth $12,000. Upon filing an auto insurance claim and paying your $500 deductible, your insurance company then will give you a check for the remaining $11,500.

If your car is stolen, for example, your policy would reimburse you for your car's depreciated value. In other words, if you wanted to replace your stolen vehicle with a newer make and model, you would likely have to use some of your own money to do so, in addition to using the reimbursement from your insurer.

Car Totaled or Stolen? All Coverage Doesn't Pay Equally

As almost everyone knows, the moment you drive your new car home, it begins to lose value — very quickly in some cases. But if you are ever unfortunate enough to experience a total loss due to accident or theft, most standard insurance policies pay the actual cash value of the car at the time of the incident.

That means if you still owe more on your loan, you'll be on the hook to pay it.

If you financed your car through the dealer, you may have been offered "gap insurance" as part of a range of options provided when you buy the car. Although they must by law fully explain it, there's still a lot of misinformation about gap insurance, which is often now included in many full-featured auto insurance policies.

Here's the scoop.
Let's say you buy a $40,000 car. Two years later, you're in an accident, and your car is declared a total loss by your insurance carrier.

The market value of your car at this point is $22,000, yet you still owe $26,000 on your loan. That $4,000 gap is money you would still owe your lender, so gap insurance pays off that difference.

Gap insurance may make sense under some conditions, especially those where the loan balance is likely to exceed the depreciated car value for most or all of the loan term. This might be the case in the following situations:

  • You've made a down payment of 20% or less, so the depreciated value will be less than the loan amount still due for most of the loan.
  • You've financed your car for a relatively long period of time, such as 60 months or more, so in later months when the car is worth much less than at the time of purchase you still have a significant loan balance.
  • You've bought a new car that has a record of depreciating quickly so your payments don't reduce the loan as fast as the declining value of the car.
Most dealers — and some banks — offer some type of gap insurance as part of the vehicle loan, but rates and coverage can vary considerably. Be sure to figure out the total cost and read the fine print, as it can add a significant amount to your monthly payment.

Liberty Mutual is the only company I could find that offers a new car option.

I feel you man, here's the thing. In that situation I'm not really trying to figure out what's going on or what the criminals plan is,first off I'm reacting, I'm defending my hard earned property from someone who may very well return for seconds and God knows what else, and no I'm not a Christian or else I'd believe it was okay to keep slaves and beat them to death and fuck their wives. Which to me seems a little worse on the morality scale compared to defending my property from a crook. Don't get me wrong. I would hope to never have to be in a situation like that and one can speculate how they would react, but I can't fault the man for doing what he did .

People keep saying let the insurance handle it but the fact he left his keys in the car and that’s also what’s on the police report he might be fucked. The insurance company might be like naw nigga fuck you that was negligents on your part!

Exactly.

It's materialistic to you, for some people a car could be their entire livelihood.

I understand what there saying..

If you were buying a car/truck for 35k+, wouldnt you cover your ass on the insurance end so you dont lose money??

Good point!! Like in the winter when folks start their car with keys, if your car get stolen. Thats on you and you might get the ticket for leaving a auto running!!

Exactly shorty I knew left her front door to the crib unlocked and somebody broke in her crib and stole all her TVs and game systems. When the police came and made the report they said they didn’t see in signs of forced entry and she was like idk I think I might have left my door open. All that shit was put in the report and when she tried to make a claim that shit got denied.......

One of the many rules my parents taught me growing up, one of them was don’t ever touch shit that don’t belong to you.

I’m sorry lil homie had to lose his life over this shit but for every action their is a reaction. If he would have carried has ass on home he would be alive

Did the firemen go to far??? I can’t say that he did even though it was his fault for leaving the keys inside the car you're still not expecting muthafuckaz to touch your shit and to be honest I’d probably would have popped his lil ass too.

I'm conflicted on this one

Economic deprivation creates the situation where the poor does crimes opportunity just to eat.

On the other hand if that was my car that got stolen...

Shit is simple as fuck man. But some muthafuckas can't wrap their minds around that concept.
i understand that life is precious and you only get one life so to take someone’s life over something material seems a bit ridiculous. Having said that, I’m smoking any goon nigga who tries to rob my shit. I don’t find their lives to be precious. How many times these skinny jeans tatto thug niggas rob someone, then kill them for no fucking reason. Fuck all these criminal niggas
