2 was just okay
3 was going to the well too many times.. but bernie mac did his best to save it
had house party on vhs..was a classic to me and 1 of my go to for yrs if i was bored and wanted to watch something funny back in the days... part 2 was trash to me... i technically only seen house party 3 once in my life..it was decent to me better than part 2... i have no idea bout these 2 other phantom house parties people claim to exist

I seen it mentioned twice...I'm throwing my hat in for the new TMNT movies. The first one was horrible, the second was like chewing shit for two hours.
