***What's the quickest way to trim down my fat?????***

I came from the gym the other day and noticed a fucking donut around my waist.

I gained serious weight.

What's the quickest way to trim it down?

The gym in my office has a treadmill, stepper, and I'm also doing the Navy Seals workout.

I'm also changing my diet ( no TV dinners, cut down on coffee creamers )

What's the best way to combat this?
 
You can either grab a bar and twist your body from left to right, or grab a plate and rock side to side. Don't forget cardio! But the best way to prevent in the future is watch how many carbs u consume.
 
wtf? people still eating TV dinners?....you know that shit got TONS of sodium which is deadly for us black folk anyway...don't even touch a TV dinner again...not for fat reasons but to cut out all that sodium...
from my experience the best way to cut it was to cook about 95% of my own food...fast food and frozen stuff just isn't good for you...yeah it's convenient but it will put 24's around your waist.

the best way to lose weight fast and not tire yourself out for work
30 min workout 3-4 times a week and
eat smaller portions.

All you gotta do is Watch your Calorie Intake (Try to keep it under 1500) and dont Drink anything with Calories.

Another thing is to EXCERCISE all the TIME. Go WALKING about 4-5 times a week about MILE. also Jog a little bit when you Walk.

Lift weights 3 times a week

Play Nintendo Wii Everyday if you got one. It works for me.

What works for me is "High intensity cardio" in the morning on a empty stomach.If you are in to weights try to superset your workouts,and eat at least 6-8 healthy small portion meals a day.(NOOOOO junk food its going to be hard at first, but for some reason I can't even look at a fucking burger and I cant even smell fried food it makes my stomach sick, my body rejects all that garbage :puke: )
Stay away from carbs. Sometimes your are going to feel week for the whole day. Eventually your body is going to get adapted and your going to use "good carbs."for fuel (do some research ). I went from 230 to 195 of hard muscles in 4 months.
 
there are organic frozen foods w low sodium
try a diet of soy meat, fruit, and veggies.

for exercise try walking and calistanetics

J Storm, this is the truth, I just lost 25lbs doing this. I didnt even work out on the regular.

DIET IS THE KEY!!!!!!!!!!!!! do this for 2 week and you will see instant results

i hear alot about 1500 calories, can somebody tell me what this consists of. I work shift work 12hr. 2 weeks days an 2 weeks night 530a when im on days an 530p when im on nights. ima meat an potato kind of person. Lemme know what i should be eating

1500 is risky. you need calories and fat to burn for fuel, if your body runs out of calories it will burn your muscle instead.

you can go 1500-1800 once or twice a week if your desperate, but i would recommend 2000 calories at minimum for your everyday eating intake. its where you get your calories that matter.

get some protein bars or keep some fruit at work and have a snack after breakfast and after lunch, this will put you at 5 meals or more a day. small meals. heavy on the protein light the fat. the + 5 meals will keep you from getting hungry and binge eating and will also speed up your metabolism.

cardio cardio cardio.

your body gets used to your routine so while the light weights and more reps is a good way to burn some fat/calories every so often its a good idea to lift a bit heavier. another good thing to do is to do circuits. without rest go from benchpress, to lat pulls to leg curls to pec dec. then rest for 3 minutes. its like cardio during your lifting.

water water water with meals especially.

for all the basics neccessary i recommend reading "Body for LIfe" and sylvester stallone's "Sly Moves"
