Whats some good creatine to use.

that shit is nuts. back in the day i used to be damn near roid raging on creatine. surprised i didn't take a nigga's head off playing hoops when i was on it :smh:

Should I get a gym membership? I was thinking of going old school push up, sit ups, running, pull ups and excercise ball.

Don't join any gyms that require long term contracts. If you can't find a "pay as you go" Gym, then go old school and build your own gym "one weight at a time". Don't go off and buy 100's - 1000's of dollars worth of shit. I know a few people who did that and their shit collects dust. Start off with two weights and/or elastic bands and keep everything old school. You grow your gym based on your commitment and results.

Look around your crib, they might have countertops with corners where you can do forward dips. chair dips. You can do Wall squats, all in addition to push ups, sit ups and everything else you mentioned.

Yeah. When you first get on it it makes you edgy if your depressed about something. You gotta be positive when taking it.

Since it's linked to improving brain functions I wonder if it more likely just focuses one's mind on a particular emotional state? Bad/good mood = more intense bad/good mood.

all I know is I'm a real laid back person but that shit had me ready to scrap on a minute's notice.

This brand is not giving the total amount of whats in it. I saw a guy bitching about it and said thats not good because you need to know what you're taking. Also Bodybuilder.com stopped carrying it. Heres the label.
i'd leave that shit on the shelf.

Damn, that's exactly what I did. It took some time to build it like I wanted, but I finally did it. I know too many people who signed up for contracts, usually in Jan., and stop going by mid Feb.. Stuck with a failed resolution and a big ass contract. Your own home gym will pay off in the long run. Trust me.:yes:
