Brought some six star muscle professional strength creatine today. I'm ready about it and its getting mixed reviews. I have not opened it yet so i can still return it.

I like using Creatine that has a transport blend (like Dextrose, Glutamine, Taurine, Phosphates, etc. etc.) to help improve muscle absorbsion and retention.

Summer's almost here.

This brand is not giving the total amount of whats in it. I saw a guy bitching about it and said thats not good because you need to know what you're taking. Also Bodybuilder.com stopped carrying it. Heres the label.

eat lots of baked/grilled meat + whey protein shakes

Thank u kind sir. I thought baked/grilled meats were supposedly better than fried foods, in saying that I mean that I thought those foods were used to lose weight or minimize caloric intake as opposed to maximizing it. I guess I was wrong.

LOL this also reminds me of the time a year or so before Creatine first came out. There was this pic of a shaved/hairless lab mouse or lab rat that had been put on Creatine. That thing looked like the picture of that freakishly muscular whippet.

But they failed to tell the reader that the lab animal was on like 50X(?) more Creatine than a human could safely ingest. The pic must have worked tho, Creatine flew off the shelves, and then later there were all these articles about how it didn't work ...

That's when the truth about the picture came out and the truth about realistic gains too.

High Protein (no more than 120g a day) builds lean muscle.

fried foods has too much fat in it and when you mix fried foods with food high in carbs (like bread or fruits). Then you can kiss your diet goodbye.

If you eat bread or fruits or veggies, then stay away from fried foods.

Creatine is good, just make sure you drink a lot of water behind it. Stay working out when on it or else you will get bloated. Not sure you need it if you are trying to lose weight because it does add on mass so u proabably won't notice any weight loss. Cut down on your salt intake and drink plenty of water along with cardio..you should lose weight in no time.

Which website is the best for purchasing supplements, anyone???

U have to take in more calories to gain weight, but also you can't be going to the gym and fucking around, start doing some multi-joint movements, squats, pullups, bench, deadlifts, etc....your not going to grow playing around with dumbbell curls like the roided up bodybuilders in the magazines stick to the basics, and do a search on google for 5x5 programs .....Good Luck

If you can, blend your fruits instead of eating them whole. It breaks down faster within your system. Every morning i blend an assortment of fruits mixed with 8 oz of water to make 2 gallons of 100% Natural Fruit Juice. I drink a glass through out the day. It eliminates cravings.

Should I get a gym membership? I was thinking of going old school push up, sit ups, running, pull ups and excercise ball.

Oh yeah ... German Creatine is supposed to be the best, and there are several reports that suggest taking Creatine also helps improves brain functioning.
