What's a good pre-workout meal to beast out at the gym?

Oatmeal and fruit. Instant oatmeal usually has alot of sodium so I dont recommend that. If you changed your mind a all natural whey protein or hemp protein, add fruit , blend in almond milk. Good to go.

never work out on an empty stomach. Eat 1-2 hours (light) before work outs to avoid headaches and lost of energy.

30 mins of cardio might burn at lease 200 calories.

Compare that with what you plan to eat.

it doesnt matter if you work out on an empty stomach or shortly after eating a meal. it is just a preference there are a few studies out there to support what i am saying you can look those up on your own.

i've done both and as far as the empty stomach goes depending on how hard i push myself it can leave you feeling a little uneasy and plus just makes you eat more after the workout so it sort of defeats the purpose in my experience.

as far as losing weight goes eat good and work out and you will see results if you want to do it the right way its not going to be quick but if you are consistent you will see results.
