Of course the Gerber Machete Pro. I bought one last year. Gerber actually has a line of knives designed for a zombie attack

I would take a hammer over that
I think I would go with a sword because the teeth in this may get caught up IMO and stuck. Swords cut clean.

my natural inclination is to reach for a long gun, but machete FTW.
don't have to clean the machete, don't have to worry about ammunition (though i'd probably have to sharpen the blade from time to time).
A H&K UMP45, Kimber Ultra Carry 45, and an aluminum baseball bat.
Both guns are lite and use 45ACP., so the ammo is interchangeable. Being as though its a staple ammunition, it'll be one of the easiest to find. And obviously the bat causes blunt trauma and i'd never have to worry about it breaking.

That samurai sword shit is for the birds and fantasy.
Swords are used for slicing and cutting quickly, but will get stuck like a mutha fucka in bone.
A good axe, machete or other other blunt object like a bat will do.
Axe is heavy enough to break some bone and decapitate in one swipe.

Yeah, that samurai sword shit is a little unrealistic. Everyone thinks it'll be so easy to use that shit. Not realizing it takes some training to be adequate with it.
First to speak the truth. A samurai sword is a zombie joke weapon. Good luck sharpening it enough to cut clean through bone. Give me an ax. Easy to sharpen & it can be used to bash in a skull.
