Personally, it's Married with Children, Simpsons, King of Queens, Frasier, Seinfeld (up until the Kramer incident), Mama's Family and Golden Girls.

Now that I think about it, the '80's/early '90's was great for sitcoms, or TV in general. WTF happened???

same here homie. i used 2 watch that shit faithfully everyday and was glad when they started puttin em on dvd. i got the 1st season but we all know shortly after kramer pretty much killed all the black fans of that show. i sold the 1 i had and didnt buy no more.

Yeah Kramer fucked it up, I used to watch the repeats basically no matter how many times i saw them because I still found them funny, but you can't look at the show and laugh anytime you see him on there, and to be real it's between him and George for the funniest characters on the show. Other than Seinfeld probably Malcom in the Middle.

anyway, its not my favorite, but i'm suprised nobody has mentioned I Love Lucy! When i was a kid i used to watch that on Nick at Night! As a matter of fact, Nick at Night had more that a couple good sitcoms. I Dream of Genie....Mork and Mindy.....
