What the fuck is Larry Elder talking about

Elder came prepared. They were just throwing out social media talking points. Tez is supposed to be the political plug but ...I'm not saying the shit should be an NPR debate, but damn....she just getting washed. If they are gonna wade into these waters they need to have a solid scholar on deck. Honestly, no one would know these Republicans were even running but for The Breakfast Club. Umar would be cool. He knows how to debate and be relatable.
Tez was feeling herself after she handled a true lightweight in Vivek Ramaswamy.

Elder didnt let her control the narrative, and she ended up quitting really.

Interesting convo all around. I dont agree with Elder at all, but he held his own well enough. The truth of the matter is that conservatism has no answers for black people. He will never really matter as long as that remains true.

*sigh* Same bullshit stats.

Yeah I watched that shyt yesterday too. It was so bad I think they cut it short. Dj Envy had his head in his hands talking to this dude. It's funny the YouTube channels that are trying to push him and Thomas Sowell to black youth. Comparing Candace Owens to Cardi B which is a bullshyt comparison. Candace Owens to a Karen Hunter sure, but Karen loves black people so why use her as an example?

Politics has no answers for black people as a whole. Neither party is gonna fix the problems in the community.

We've just been voting for who we like more, or supporting our "team" for the past 60 years. Is what it is.

I had no idea he was running for President until this interview. I'm obviously not a fan of his views. I like Tez and usually she is on point with the facts, but they all got caught slippin on this one. They was prolly out in Oak Bluffs or the Beyoncé concert the day before, Larry was in the lab waiting for his time to shine:

He got mostly coon talking points, but even a broken clock is right twice a day. I definitely agree with the Black family breakdown making shit even worse. Welfare/CS is the gift that keeps giving. Women think they don't need a man, etc. Let, that welfare and CS system go away for a year. It's gone be a whole lotta reasoning and wanting to keep a man in the household I guarantee that shit. He also made Charlamagne look like fool when he called him out for that shit he let Biden get away with saying about Black people to his face. Otherwise that is standard Republicoon talking points.

PS, that chick they got on there is a over talking, dismissive ass debater. She ain't sharp as she think she is.

Elder is definitely a coon.

However, his points about the destruction of the Black family attributed to the lack of Black fathers in the home are very valid.

Yes, but he's hanging ALL THE PROBLEMS of the black community on that ONE THING,
Not white supremacy
Not whites denying blacks jobs
Not whites not allowing business loans
Not whites charging higher interest rates (when we do get a loan; house, car business)
Not the white supremacy system in policing and legal system

He doesn't believe in the system of white supremacy (and a two-tiered system) for black people,

But when it comes to WHITE conservatives, then magically THERE IS A SYSTEM, and it affects them negatively. :rolleyes2:

Every argument this man made, shielded white people and the system of white supremacy.

The thing is that the lack of Fathers is damaging and within our control to conquer. White supremacy is a much bigger nut to crack. I’m fact, it is so nuanced that it causes division in our community on how to overcome it.

Why are y’all agreeing with a white nationalist right wing lie that has been debunked about the Black father? What the fuck is wrong with y’all? Sound like a bunch of idiots

It’s a lot more complicated than the papa was a rolling stone narrative. I didn’t grow up with my father in my life. My uncle told me about my father. The government went to all the rural, poor areas and forced black men to go to the front lines of the vietnam war. My uncle said my father came back different….

Now some of these dudes are just deadbeats for no reason, but alot of this shit seems like a setup.

Imo this isn't just about the dudes. We have two generations of Black women that have been taught that they don't need a man, husband or father in the home.

Yes this is a multi-faceted and complicated issue.

The fathers that are present is not the issue.

It's the 70%+ of single women that have babies with no intent of having the father around. And the fact that we are now into a second generation of that fuckery.

Dude. Stop. Smh.

I'm at a party and u got me about to crack my Surface out.
Please post the factual stat that 70% of single Black women don’t want the father around. This sounds like some Sean Hannity Fox News bullshit. How the fuck do you even measure something so ridiculous

I've said this a million times white people and coons always talk about the cause but not the root of the black community's problems..

Then, want to say black people never do anything about crime in the community even though we do..

My personal favorite is when they try to compare immigrants that come to this country to us. All you hear from them is why can immigrants can come in this country and make it but black people can't do the same thing....

What is the percentage of black single mothers?

In 2011, it was reported that 72% of black babies were born to unmarried mothers. As of 2015, at 77.3 percent, black Americans have the highest rate of non-marital births among native Americans. In 2016 29% of African Americans were married, while 48% of all Americans were.

None of that says those women don’t want the man around wtf

Deductive reasoning. Why are all these women continuing the cycle? There are way too many ways to avoid becoming pregnant. Yet they choose to get pregnant. And way too many times all by the same loser that they know won't be present.

Man. Stop.
