What muscles she’s trying to strengthen?

going for those hammies but that ain't the right machine. that machine is for squats and not only is she risking injury but she ain't doing shit to work any muscles. RDLs or any hammie/glute exercise you don't go up on your toes because that shifts everything to the calves.

but as the brother above said, it's all for the gram and only the gram. mission accomplished.

I've been in the gym to long not to know that stupid ppl do stupid things.

Even is she were tying to work her posterior erectus muscles, that be to much weight for that exercise to be be effective.

I don't know whats gotten into these gym broads nowadays but they will stop and buss it wide open right in front of you. I thought I was trippin but apparently its a common thing across the country :dunno:
 
Hamstring. She is using the machine wrong but she is trying to do a Romanian Dead Loft (RDL) with a front squat machine.
