I like the iphone but i'm not that big a fan of touch screens for typing stuff, i bought my dad a BB Storm and when i was setting it up i wanted to throw that thing out the window :smh:

I played with the iphone for a bit, it does have a way better interface which is more responsive though :dunno:

I have the EnV 2:

I got it because I wanted a phone with a full QWERTY keyboard, since many of my friends started texting, and I hated texting on a regular flip phone...that was, pretty much, my only requirement...

I feel like I'm not important enough to need the e-mail and other requirements of a BB, or smartphones (although, I could get it on my phone too)...I don't need people having that much access to me anyway

they say it learns your fingers to avoid typing the wrong letters.

i could never go back to a phone without some form of keyboard i tried sending a text message from someone without a keyboard i was lost.

Yeah i feel you getting a phone without a full qwery keyboard is like going back to cavemen times or trying to send a message with carrier pigeons

I'll never ever get a phone without some kind of interface, I can't say i'm only 100% functionality i can't walk around with a ugly ass phone either :smh:

We (me. my man and my son) have this phone for the same reason!
I want that new LGENV touch now:yes:

It's cool I set it up where I get alerts from hotmail accounts when I have an email-I can send and view pretty good.
I dont like my internet access though....trying to access this place while at work is for the birds.
how is the email on it?

i thought hotmail stopped all of those pop services and push notifications??? That is why i began using gmail because i would have to log into hotmails webpage to get my mail.

Nope mine works...Now that you mention it only for my main email address-Let me get the expert in here. One sec.

The good thing about this phone is that it does not require your email address to push, It access your email address via the internet and downloads the emails directly to your phone then notifies you that you have a email waiting.

i still rock this.... crystal clear reception..and super long battery life,

...It's black just like the one in the picture. It's cool, but I want to get a blackberry at some point. There's another PDA phone that my cousin and his girl just got, but I can't remember what it's called. That one is hot too...

 my friend said that when i was talking her into getting a blackberry .. she doesn't sync all her emails to it, but she is in absolute LOVE with her blackberry. It really is the best thing out there IMO.. as far as push emails, qwerty, internet and of course BBM!
I love my phone.

^^^ what they said..

I do want to get a new BB, my screen is still cracked and sometimes it resets itself, but Sprint is starting to act gay & revamped the insurace program (or well Asurion did) damn them

my sprint phone was resetting at will also first i tried to call the replacement number they said i had to take it into the techs they ordered me a new phone. I didnt have to pay anything and there were instructions so i could activate it myself.

that's what I've done in the past ... buttt...

asurion no longer covers physical damage, so they tried to reset in store, worked for a bit.. but the problem persisted. I think they are holding out because of the cracked screen...

I'm going to try one more time... if not I think my phone might need to call the missing child helpline

Sprint BlackBerry Curve 8330

I love this joint... It's gonna be hard for me to have anything other than a BB after owning this one.

I was still using my original EnV because I did not want to get an EnV 2 (seemed just like the EnV), and there were no other phones with a physical QWERTY keyboard (I text a lot). I did not want to spend extra for a Blackberry Plan, and I cannot use virtual screens/keyboards well (fingers do not register - keep hitting wrong keys).

However, I love my EnV Touch. I get my physical keyboard, plus I am learning how to use touch screens. I also have net access, text, data plan, etc., bundled on one plan

Quick question: how much do people generally pay for their internet usage on their phone? From what I see, it seems to get pretty pricey

I only pay, like, $50.00 a month for my monthly plan...that includes mt texting, and access to some other stuff (I get a discount with my employer, as well)...
