Considering the economy, high unemployment, lower wages etc....

How do you intend to do things differently next year?

What would you be working on? Certifications? Self-employment?


Me 2011 goals:
1. Establish several technology incubators, 2 max for now
2. Establish a blog similar to the techcrunch model and get paid for it
3. Launch a location-based social media platform
4. Join a Project Management Chapter and become a active member
4. Continue to network, network, network
5. Continue to share what I learn with the board
6. Continue refining the education board and do an official launch

Can't really go into too much detail on the porn board but I'll bite Kaya...

1. Grow Client Base
2. Make a certain amount by June
3. Make that Asia Trifecta Trip by July
4. Make a trip to the Land of Milk and Honey by July
5. Throw boy a ridiculous bachelor party overseas
6. Make sure I'm ready for the second half of the year
7. Start working on a new venture by the end of the year
8. Get my bodyfat to 10%

1. Move from florida to silicone valley or robust vibrant tech city

2. Find a good Accounting Firm or CPA

3. Create a Holding company for all my ventures

4. Raise funds for some of my ventures

5. Get my main game to closed beta

7. Start selling custom phone cases again (Q4)

8. Somewhere in between all of this, loose 35 lbs. hit 220 this year (damn shame)

9. Change lifestyle become semi-vegetarian

Visit a foriegn country NOT in the Carribean (depending on funds/job situation. Ill be funding these educational moves out of pocket most likely)

...Still have no idea what I want to do career wise (worked in legal now for about 9 years, but know for sure I want to change), so hell bent on preparing to be ready to tackle for whatever I DO choose..

I just made an investment and bought myself a MacBook pro for Xmas. I'm hoping the machine will spark some ideas I can put to use to make serious money. At this moment in time, I'm just trying to familiarise myself with OSX and tryin to find creative-multimedia software/applications to Implement any ideas

and to just live life like it should be lived. enjoy things more and stress way less. cut undisirables out of my life for good, if you cant bring anything positive or helpful into my life you gotta go gotta go! :dance:
 
I'm going into the New Year with a low credit card balance, high credit score and student loan paid off. Plus the raise I got puts me in a better position. I sacrificed stuff like going out and buying a new TV in order to get here, now I can treat myself and stack more.

Certifications are on my mind this year just for sport and hopefully more advancement opportunities. Then it's get a business plan down.

Going into 2012 with shit under control!

Getting the lab off the ground and running. It's been 2 years in the making and now we have format, equipment, a facility, and the process corrected.
 
Get my ass back in shape. Working shift work has killed my drive to exercise. I used to hit the gym 5x a week now Shid none and I have a full gym @ work.
