Dealbreaker: A WOMAN WHO CUSS EXCESSIVELY (every other word out they mouth is a bad one). When I cant hang out with a woman cause she likes to play Popeye the sailer Man every waking second....I'm out

Dealmakers: Intelligence, good conversation, caring personality, about her business, sense of humor. Also, if a woman KNOWS sports, instead of who's fine and who ain't, that pretty much is the deal-sealer.
