hands down. Broke the barrier with the open world, do anything concept.
The ONLY reason why this will get no votes other than mine is because 99 percent of you aren't old enough to have a clue of how much this little game console shook the world! A little box you could attach to your crappy Black and white tv and actually play a game on the TV screen. They sold like whores in Phuket. Everybody who could have one, had one. Kids in particular were glued to this (by today's standards) nothing little game for hours upon hours. This is what started it all. Ask your grandpas!

I came in here to say that! I just bought gta 5 cause I was bored and was shocked as hell how it just functions like a whole real world!
GTA.San Andreas=it was everything we dreamed of doing in a video game,especially as someone black,never thought something like that would be made and do so motherfucking well.
2nd up would be John Madden for sega,I'm a sega baby,That game really changed things,94-....it kept getting better every year and motherfuckers felt like they were in the game forreal.That game made others games better by showing em shit changes.

The 93-94 Madden for Sega was a game changer.
The entire red dead franchise from red dead revolver all the way to red dead redemption 2 also fight night round 3 , fight night champion,the mario kart franchise resident evil4

Other than that San Andreas was a 10/10 game I wish r* would have remade it with GTAV graphics.
My #2 game tho would be Super Metroid amazing game still holds up today

Best game IMHO God of War.
Honorable mention and probably a title you've never heard of "The Last Guardian"
Both have solid stories, and are better than some Oscar winning movies.

Damn forgot about Kratos GoW 1,2,3 still fun playable and amazing to look at graphically and the story line in one and two were entertaining

That oil tanker level (7) and the level with the earthquake level (5) had the cold soundtrack. I always thought Timbaland, the Neptunes, or Arab Music would murder the sample
