What is the absolute worst fucking job you've ever had?

Tied: Operating a pipe bending machine right after high school; and the in-between-semester job at the Houston Chronicle cleaning the sludge and ink build-up off huge printing press rollers.
Both jobs had a silver lining: set and pursue higher career goals dammit!

I'D KILL FOR THAT JOB!!!

I took the test a few years back. Passed the drug screen and waiting on the medical. @$28 an hour to start they can tell me to stop that train at the Gates of Hell and I'd be yelling out "ALL ABOOOOARD!!!"

I'D KILL FOR THAT JOB TOO:D but im with UPS:hmm::puke:

Repo man for Cablevision in Brooklyn. You know how it go...peeps lose they job, on welfare and cant/dont/wont pay the bill...them folx who jury rig their service? After 3,4 months go by Cablevision want they shit back. Imagine going into the Pink Houses, Marcy Houses, Roosevelt PJs, all them units they got stacked block to block around Sutter, Blake, Dumont, Livonia, Rockaway, Mother Gaston (Stone) in Brownsville, the joints over on Albany, Troy, Bergen, and Park, the low risers on Ralph, Bergen, Rochester and Pacific, the Breevoort Pubs on Fulton, Ralph, Patchen and Chauncey, deep into Bushwick on Knickerbocker all the way out to Linden Blvd and Drew and in between around Pitkin and Cleveland and you tryin to get back somethin that's now like a family heirloom sittin atop the TV? With your car. No fixed salary. Total commission. 7 days a week. Sun up to sun down. Dogs in front yards, crackheads on corners, gangs lookin you over flashing signs and congregating in the bldg lobby, elevators that dont work. Folx who think the boxes are theirs cause they been payin for 10 years. Boxes loaded with roaches. Welfare moms with 5 kids and aint cleaned they apt since the last time they had a man up in there. Being threatened with lye, boiling water, knives, and bruhs who looked like they play linebacker for the Giants AND his brother!

Made an average of $800 a week, all on commission according to how many boxes and remotes I collected. I lasted exactly 2 months. Last straw was the the linebacker and his brother with a knife on the 11th floor in the tower on Saratoga and Prospect. They chased my ass down 11 flights out onto Prospect, down to damn near Howard Ave before they gave up. My car was parked across from the tower on Prospect. I said fuck dat shit and took the bus home. Left it sitting there til the next day

dude your post had me dying but, the worst job I had was working for Ryan's steak house in tuscaloosa they know everyone working there is in college or got out of HS and don't know what they want to do well anyway even though I was on the grill they would have me do shit like clean the ceiling tiles and spray for roaches, change lightbulbs, clean the air intakes over the grill, and as if that was not the worst part the attitudes from people especially black women like i want more steak or is this well done b/c if its not I'm throwing it away (like i gave a fuck) then right when it was time to go it never failed a big group of mf'ers would come in and want steak and we could not break down/clean up until they left. they took the cost of slip resistant shoes out of your check, then that was not the worst since I did not want to come in on my off day's or work extra days the manager started snowin me on hours I would work like a day or two be off for two days then work friday and double shifts on sat and sun but that was not the worst of it, they then had me in my chef uniform stand outside and wave people in b/c the manager wanted to be a dic and the only reason i stuck around was I needed the paycheck but when I fucked around and got a new job I told them niggas kick rocks But I did get revenge I stole so much steak and chicken and other random shit constantly going to the back of the store and eating good on them niggas, and the cherry on top was when I was included in a class action suit against all ryans by some guy in Seattle that got me a hundred bones plus they ended up firing that manager

ROBINSON, Pa. -- An Indiana County sewage plant employee is dead after he apparently drove a riding lawn mower into a wastewater pond.

Indiana County Coroner Michael Baker said Joseph Sisitki, 64, of Bolivar, died Wednesday afternoon at the Tri-Community Sewer Authority plant in Robinson. Baker said Sisitki apparently drowned.

Sisitki's body was discovered by his daughter, who went looking for him when he didn't return for work.
