What is a good (and free) program to split up a divx file?

I have a dvd movie i converted to divx, because i want to play it on my phone.

The problem is, my phones fast forward is pretty slow, so if i want to get to the 1 hour mark, fast forwarding would take about 10 minutes lol.

So i just need to break the movie up into parts...Preferably of five minutes each.

Any ideas?
