What if Michael Jordan played in the modern NBA?

Mike would be a beast. But remember: he was a below avg three point shooter and the best scorers in the game have to have it in their arsenal. Defenses are now built around contesting threes and layups and forcing scorers to the mid-range area. That’s where Mike lived especially later in his career, and if he was playing today he mighta developed a consistent wetter bc he’d have to. His floor would be somewhere around Jimmy Butler/Demarr Derozan, tho. There’s not a lot of big two-guards putting up 30 a night these days.

Russell Westbrook says otherwise on that three point shooting comment. Just saying bro... he averaged 22 ppg at 40 years old and three years away from basketball (and dropped 50 ppg).

Put it this way. If Demar Deroxan is dripping 26 ppg, what would Jordan drop? Jordan was a better athlete than Rus. Was taller, better jumper, better IQ. Hell, he dropped 32,8 and 8 in the 80s when cats were getting destroyed

Mike's mental fortitude (competitiveness) his 30 point plus nights in this league as it did back then. Dont forget that he was not just a superior athlete he was a freak with 4.3 sec forty yard time 48" vert, unsusally huge hands, unparalled work ethic, and insanely competitive. All intangibles that 97 percent of the league still does not possess

I raise you 42 to 45 per game. Mike was a fool with it!! LMAOOOOOO!!!:lol::lol:

Easily. Scoring Title every year, no problem.
