While most people looked at the evidence and came to a guilty conclusion, I still struggle with two things: 1) I can't name not one instance where a black man sliced a woman's neck to the point it was practically separated from her body. Black men don't impress me as being grizzly like that. I mean you gots to be a sinister muthafucka to do some shit like that...like Charlie Manson or Jeffrey Dahmer, Jack The Ripper, Son of Sam, etc. Further, if you plan on killing someone, a knife would NOT be the primary weapon of choice imo. 2) If I'm in a struggle for my life against someone with a knife, you best believe the attacker wouldn't leave the scene unmarked. I mean the #1 Law of Nature kicks in instantaneously...all rules are out the window. It ain't a "fair one" no more...not when my life is on the line. I'm biting, scratching, poking, pulling, and whatever else I have to in order to escape with my life. I don't know if even a professional killer could have left that crime scene relatively unmarked. Because of these tow things, I had always believed he didn't do it. However, I don't know whether or not he was involved in some other way.
