San Antonio is truly the rectum of Texas, you might see one cute black girl out of maybe 20-30 (if you are even lucky to see 30 black people), and add to the fact that San Antonians are generally surly and have bad attitudes I don't see the need to even mention San Antonio, below average women with bad attitudes are not even worth a second thought.

You got ATL rated as one of the top, Educated New Orleanians were probably the first ATL transplants, probably 50% of the ATL has New Orleans ties (and I'm talking about people who were there before Katrina). New Orleans has a good mix of Fine, Average cuties, Average looking, and not so cute, but the best ones with the complete packages always grab their UNO, Xavier, Dillard or Tulane degrees and leave the state.
